Our operations plan is our promise
It sets out the operating structure responsible for the work and shows exactly how your cleaning will be delivered, backed by team meetings, quality inspections and audits by OzLa management.
Operational plan
Detailed labour schedules, methods and systems for your site, forming the basis of our contract with you.
Duties & responsibilities
Each cleaner has a position description listing daily duties, start and finish times and breaks, signed by the cleaner and their manager, plus a duty statement covering skills and responsibilities.
Time of clean
Detail cleaning is carried out at the times agreed with you.
Zone work routines
Each cleaner is responsible for a designated zone during their shift, which removes grey areas and makes them accountable for reporting maintenance faults. Periodic works follow a schedule agreed once the contract starts.
Standard operating procedures
Written SOPs give our people clear direction and set out the standard each task must meet.
Always reachable
Site supervisors carry a mobile phone for quick, easy contact, and off-site management can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The highest standard of health and safety
OzLa is committed to the highest standard of occupational health and safety for all employees, customers and members of the public.
We accept the principles and responsibilities of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and its regulations and codes of practice, and we abide by its standards.
To prevent workplace injury and illness, we run an OHS process that includes incident reporting, clear information and instruction, a comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
The right tools for every contract
Efficient, appropriate equipment and materials are essential to the result and, more importantly, to your satisfaction.
We evaluate each contract to decide the equipment and materials it needs, and supply new, modern equipment for all cleaning tasks, including vacuums, industrial wet and dry vacuums, industrial blowers and pressure washer units.
We use chemicals with the lowest environmental impact that are commercially responsible and meet Work Safe Australia and industry standards. Chemicals for each site are chosen for the contract's requirements and their environmental impact.
How we choose cleaning materials
- Highest possible product performance for a quality clean
- Minimal impact on the environment
- The latest dispensing systems
